The excellent start to the New Year has continued all through January & February with a record number of licensees signing up to our award winning business bundles, you are all very welcome to our news letter also with our loyal band of customers and independent customers. You trust all your sales are increasing.

We have been investing in opening a brand new department ‘Research & Development’ headed up by Ken Morris who is well respected in the vending world with over 30 years experience, he is embracing the latest technology with 3D printers and designing new vending capsules and towers.

We have added to our sales team with the addition of Mark Williams who has been with Tubz for two years on the telesales side, he is now training to be a Customer Sales Manager to coupe with the extra work load.

Our new Tubz pot moulding machinery is now fully operational, giving us a capacity of over 20 million pots per annum. If you haven't already seen our all new completely redesigned small all in one pots, you will shortly. They are much improved and have been very well received within the plastic moulding industry! So much so that they have been nominated for a small thin wall jar design award and they are all British!

Tubz featured heavily on TV over the Christmas period in BBC’s showcase David Walliams ‘Boy in a Dress’ on Boxing Day and every episode of ‘Still Open All Hours’ starring David Jason.

I have been in the tower Vending Business since 2006 and dealing with Kris @ Tubz since 2007. I am sure all the Account Managers are very capable but I have only ever dealt with Kris in all that time (he always at work, even if he’s ill)! He is always very easy going, courteous and friendly.

He has a very good knowledge of Tower vending and often passes on useful snippets of info from other operators and how they overcame problems with stock, machines and sites etc………Kris always makes a point of recommending the new best sellers or maybe one of the older lines that I have overlooked! Blue Bon Bons are the latest recommendation and they are flying out, Thanks Kris.

Kris always takes orders and payments promptly and efficiently. I have used the competitors intermittently but always find Customer service I receive from Kris consistently excellent and that’s quite an achievement over Seven Years!

We are going from strength to strength with the help of all of you who participate in the charity side of our vending. What a super effort from everyone and we can tell you that it does make a great difference for many of the children and their families. All this collected since the 1st of May 2013. Starlight is a relatively small foundation charity and gets no funding from the National Lottery so every donation really does count. A Big Thank You to Everyone ……………….Well Done

I know to some of you it is like telling your Grandmother to suck eggs, but is doesn't hurt the remind people and especially those of you who will be experiencing their first summer in Tubz vending. With the HOT weather just around the corner make sure you store all products in a cool dry place, don't leave products especially chocolate products in a van/car in the sun for too long and try to have some form of ventilation and make sure your tower vendors on site are not in direct sunlight. We hope you have a great summer and thank you for your custom, from all at Tubz HQ

Since our last News Letter all our web sites have been rebuilt to be compatible with all the new devices. This includes smart phones, tablets and all computers. Also they should now be future proofed as much as one can
nowadays.

Also other sections have been added including ‘Tubz Support’ with online videos to show different parts of our Tubz towers and Pringles towers and how to tackle problems, which we hope you will find useful.

Starlight grants wishes to seriously and terminally ill children; and entertains over 500,000 children with fun and laughter in every hospital and hospice throughout the UK. All Starlight’s activities are aimed at distracting children from the pain, fear and isolation they can often feel as a result of their illness.

Starlight does not receive funding from the government or the National Lottery and relies on the generosity of people like you.

Mr Tubz and staff went to the Starlight annual summer picnic at Belmont Farm, Mr Tubz was mingling with stars like Gerry Halliwell and it was a great hit with everyone.

Tubz Brands would also like to thank all of our customers who helped raise

£42,399.27

within 14 months from May 2012 to June 2013 for the national charity Help for Heroes (Registered Charity Number 1120902).

Tubz Brands investing in the future, we have recently invested in new state of the art multi-tiered virtual office servers and 25 user corporate computer network which is now fully integrated with our fibre optic digital phone network which will help our office staff to be more efficient in dealing with your calls. Please remember that if you place your order by 2.00pm you should receive it the next working day. No on else offers that and no sticky pots!!

Tubz Brands will be investing another £250,000 over the next few months on new equipment, staff & many other areas of our business to make Tubz even more productive and efficient, full details to be announced.

We can now offer site finding for many different types of vending and gaming machines into all different types of sites. Our sales teamcurrently find hundreds of sites a month for our Tubz vending towers and we currently have a database in excess of 100,000 sites in the UK where we have contact details of the managers / owners where we have already sited different types of vending machines.

We can offer confirmed sites for all different types of vending machines: fruit machines, quiz machines, snack & drink machines, arcade machines, juke boxes, boxer machines, pool tables, children’s rides etc.....The cost per site is dependent on the type of machine and type of location required. Prices range from £50 to £250 per site.

Carry a can of Sticky Stuff remover on your rounds they can be bought on e-bay. If you need to change labels, spray a small amount on the glue residue on the clear segment and rub with a jcloth or similar and comes off very easily.

Always carry a can of silicon spray and when you top up the vending tower. Give the coin mech a little squirt. It could save on call outs for jams.
